We've all stood in front of an MCC at 2 a.m. holding a print that doesn't match the gear in front of us. We've watched outage windows blow past their plan because nobody knew the feeder was rerouted in 2009. We've signed off on arc flash labels that were calculated from optimistic SLDs.

As-Built Co was founded to do the work that gets skipped: walk the plant, verify the gear, and produce drawings that mean something. We're a small team on purpose. Every package goes out with a name attached to it.
